Lash Extensions Maintenance.

Pre-Care (Before Your Lash Appointment)

To make sure your lashes last and your appointment goes smoothly:

  1. Arrive with clean lashes — no mascara, eyeliner, or eye creams.
  2. Avoid oil-based products on and around your eyes for 24 hours before.
  3. Skip caffeine before your appointment — it can make your eyes flutter.
  4. Remove contact lenses if you wear them (bring your case & solution).
  5. Avoid heavy eye creams or moisturizers that can leave residue.
  6. Don’t curl your lashes or use waterproof mascara before your appointment.
  7. Plan your day — you’ll need to avoid water and steam for 24 hours after.
  8. Come with clean skin — no makeup, sunscreen, or residue on your face.

Aftercare (Post Lash Appointment)

To keep your lashes healthy and long-lasting:

  1. Avoid water, steam, and sweat for the first 24 hours.
  2. Don’t rub, pick, or pull at your lashes.
  3. Sleep on your back or use a silk pillowcase to reduce friction.
  4. Avoid oil-based cleansers or makeup removers — they break down the glue.
  5. Clean your lashes daily with a lash-safe cleanser to remove dirt and oils.
  6. Brush your lashes gently each morning with a clean spoolie.
  7. Skip mascara and eyeliner (especially waterproof formulas).
  8. Avoid lash curlers — they can damage extensions.
  9. Book fills every 2–3 weeks to maintain a full, even look.
  10. Keep them dry after showers — gently pat, don’t rub.

Tinting Maintenance.

Pre-Care (Before Your Tint Appointment)

To get the best, longest-lasting results:

  1. Arrive with clean lashes/brows — no makeup, mascara, brow gel, or oils.
  2. Avoid waterproof mascara for at least 24 hours before.
  3. Skip heavy creams or oils around the eye area before your appointment.
  4. Don’t use self-tanner on or around the brows beforehand (it can affect the colour).
  5. Avoid lash serums or brow growth serums the day of your appointment.
  6. Remove contact lenses if you wear them, to prevent irritation.
  7. Come with your desired colour in mind — your artist will help match or customize it.

Aftercare (Post Tint Appointment)

To help the tint last as long as possible:

  1. Avoid getting the area wet for the first 24 hours (no steam, swimming, or workouts).
  2. Skip oils, cleansers, and makeup removers around the eyes/brows — they fade the tint
    faster.
  3. Avoid rubbing or touching the area.
  4. No exfoliating products or retinol near the area for 24 hours.
  5. Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds immediately after — it can lighten the tint.
  6. Gently cleanse with a mild, oil-free cleanser after the first 24 hours.
  7. Use a brow or lash conditioner to keep hairs healthy and hydrated.
  8. Book regular touch-ups every 4–6 weeks to maintain your colour.

Sugaring/Waxing Maintenance.

Pre-Care (Before Your Sugaring Appointment)

To get the best results and reduce irritation:

  1. Exfoliate 24–48 hours before your appointment to remove dead skin and help prevent ingrowns.
  2. Come with clean, dry skin — no lotion, oils, or deodorant on the area being sugared.
  3. Avoid shaving for at least 2–3 weeks before your appointment (hair should be about 1⁄4 inch long).
  4. Skip caffeine and alcohol the day of your appointment — they can make skin more sensitive.
  5. Wear loose, comfortable clothing to avoid friction afterward.
  6. Avoid tanning or sun exposure 24–48 hours before.
  7. Gently cleanse the area before your appointment if needed.

Aftercare (Post Sugaring Appointment)

To keep your skin smooth, calm, and bump-free:

  1. Avoid hot baths, saunas, steam, or workouts for 24 hours.
  2. No tanning or sun exposure for at least 24–48 hours — your skin is sensitive.
  3. Avoid touching or scratching the area to prevent irritation or bacteria.
  4. Skip fragranced lotions or products on the treated area for 24 hours.
  5. Exfoliate 2–3 times a week starting 48–72 hours after your appointment to prevent
    ingrown hairs.
  6. Moisturize daily with a lightweight, natural lotion or oil to keep skin soft.
  7. Avoid tight clothing right after the service to prevent friction and irritation.
  8. Stay consistent — regular sugaring (every 4–6 weeks) helps slow hair growth and
    reduce discomfort over time.
