What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
We understand that life can bring some unexpected changes at times. We'd like to be able to accommodate all our guests and respect our team's time, so we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for any rescheduling or cancellation needs. If a guest no shows or cancels within 24 hours before the appointment, the guest will be required to pay a $50 deposit for their next appointment.
What if I am late to my appointment?
We sincerely appreciate a heads-up if you are running late. We offer a 15 minute grace period — if you will be longer, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. This is to ensure our guests and hairstylists have ample time for their appointments with minimal interruptions to their schedules.
What if I am unsatisfied with my service? What is your redo policy?
We strive to provide you with the best personalized experience at our salon, which includes feeling welcomed and happy with your service. If you have any concerns, please bring it to our attention within 5 days of your last appointment. Our team may be able to offer a touch up or alternative fix; your service provider will discuss with you the best possible solution to your concern(s).
Why are your prices "and up"?
Since everyone’s hair is different, the process by which we help you reach your goal is different too. The starting price can go up depending on hair length and density, if the stylist is more experienced, needs to use more product, takes more time, or uses a more specialized technique.
What is your return policy?
For products that are unopened, we are able to offer exchanges for another product. However if the product has been opened, we are unable to offer a refund due to hygienic reasons.
